We ship worldwide from our fulfillment centers. Shipping cost and delivery time depend on your location and the items in your order. Subscription boxes ship on a monthly schedule — see details below.
Domestic (USA)
- Standard: 3–7 business days
- Expedited: 1–3 business days
- Tracking included on all shipments.
International
- Typical delivery: 7–21 business days (varies by country).
- Customers are responsible for customs, duties, and local taxes.
- We partner with carriers that provide tracking where available.
Subscription Boxes
- Boxes are curated monthly and usually ship in the first two weeks of the month.
- Make changes (pause, cancel, swap) before the 20th of the month to affect the next shipment.
- Tracking is emailed when boxes are dispatched.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We want you to love your order. Because many of our products are handmade or part of limited-edition subscription boxes, please review our policy below.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or your order is incorrect, please contact support within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging — we will either replace the item or issue a refund after our review.
Returns & Exchanges
- Non-subscription, unopened items may be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective.
- Opened subscription boxes and consumable items (like glue, paints) are not eligible for return due to hygiene and uniqueness.

Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
How to Track & Contact
Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you have questions or a missing package, follow the steps below.
- Check the shipping confirmation email for your tracking link.
- If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, check with neighbors and any secure locations (porch, reception).
- Still missing? Contact support with your order number and photo of tracking status.
Customs, Duties & International Notes
International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, duties, or taxes applied by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping fees.
Delivery times may be extended for international orders due to customs processing.
